What you will do

  • People manager to a team of Marketing Consultants that support paid and organic initiatives across social media platforms
  • Leveraging data from multiple sources you will track conversion rates across the funnel, by campaign, by tactic, making optimizations to drive success
  • Builds and manages relationships with key partners at all levels to understand business objectives ensuring that content journeys and media strategies align
  • Develops measurement goals, data capture requirements, ROI campaign and media performance of owned, earned and shared properties.
  • Takes initiative to closely monitoring emerging tech trends and capabilities driving the strategy of new social media capabilities and processes across social media platforms
  • Works across multiple internal teams and with our creative and media agencies to create and launch paid marketing campaigns
  • Maintains strong networks with industry partners to understand and keep up with trends

Requirements

  • University degree in business, marketing, or a communications-related field
  • Relevant digital and media experience in a brand marketing and/or agency role
  • Over 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven record of success in traditional and non-traditional marketing with measurable results
  • Knowledge of paid social media tactics, targeting capabilities and promotional execution (business ad manager experience required)
  • Thorough understanding of digital analytics and measurement, especially in Ads Manager
  • Experience working with Influencers and Creators across various platforms
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics to make strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Creative problem-solver who has a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and direct internal teams and outside resources.
  • Media and creative agency experience preferred
